How to schedule an appointment

  1. Go to anatomyoptimized.com and click “SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT” at the top of the home page. If you are a NEW PATIENT, please click “New Patient Register” under NEW PATIENTS at the top of the home page and complete all required fields to create your account within our patient portal system – “PTEverywhere”.
  2. If you have already registered as a patient, please return to anatomyoptimized.com and click “SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT”.
  3. Select the service/appointment type you would like to schedule.
  4. Select the appropriate date and time with a therapist of your choice for your appointment and click “BOOK”.
  5. *Note: only appointment times that are currently open and available will be on the booking page. If your availability does not match these times/dates please select a different date. If you still cannot find an opening you can send an email to info@anatomyoptimized.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.
