Services performed as part of a Physical Therapy or Wellness visit include, but are not limited
to:
- Spinal and Extremity Manipulation
- Dry Needling and/or Electrical Dry Needling
- Myofascial Cupping
- Targeted Vibration Therapy
- Functional Movement Coaching and Corrective Exercise
- Body Tempering
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
- Exercise Prescription and Programming

Payment
Anatomy Optimized is an out-of-network provider. This enables us to ensure the highest quality care without restrictions from insurance companies, or caps on number of visits. It also puts healthcare back in your (the patient’s) hands allowing you to have a bigger say in what is done with regard to your treatment.
Anatomy Optimized accepts payment in one of the following forms:

What is Osteopractic?
An Osteopractor is a Physical Therapist, Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic medicine that has completed an extensive, evidence-based post graduate training in manual therapy for the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular conditions of the spine and extremities. Only after completing the intensive training program consisting of Dry Needling series, Spinal Manipulation course work, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Extremity Manipulation and Differential Diagnosis and Multi-Modal Management as well as passing strict written, practical and oral exams, will the clinician earn the Diploma in Osteopractic and be able to call themselves an Osteopractor.
